1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
This website and domain name are owned by Eponia Gifts ABN 74 909 548 402 (Eponia).
By accessing and using www.eponiagifts.com.au, www.eponiagifts.com, www.eponia.com.au, naturegifts.com.au, animalgifts.com.au, animalart.com.au, horseartwork.com.au, petartwork.com.au and wildlifeartwork.com.au (Site) users (Customers) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (Terms).
Eponia may change the Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on the Site. Customers are responsible for keeping up to date with these Terms. Continued use of the Site after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
(a) Handcrafted Goods
Eponia’s products include handcrafted items from different parts of the world. Some items may contain small imperfections and minor variations in design and colour. These characteristics make each piece unique and are part of their handcrafted charm. Many of these items are decorative only and should be treated as such.
(b) Colour Variations
Variations may occur in colours as a result of screen resolution and individual monitor settings.
All measurements are an approximate guide only.
3. Right of Cancellation
Orders are subject to availability of stock. Eponia reserves the right to cancel any order. Customers will be notified by email of any cancellations.
All prices are in Australia Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.
(a) Australian Customers
Payment via Direct Bank Deposit.
(b) International Customers
Please email international product queries.
(c) Full Payment Required
Until full payment is received;
(i) all goods remain the property of Eponia, and
(ii) orders will not be posted.
5. Postage and Handling
(a) Shipping and Insurance
All orders are dispatched from Torquay, Victoria, via Australia Post. Unless requested items are not insured. Customers requiring insurance should note this in the Order Comments Box at check out or send a separate email at the time of order placement.
(b) Postage Calculation.
Orders within Australia are shipped for free. Insurance is not included.
Postage on international orders is determined on an individual basis.
(a) Faulty or Incorrectly Described Goods
Refunds will only be given where the Customer can show proof of purchase and prove that the product is:
(ii) not doing what it’s supposed to do, or
(iii) significantly different to what was shown or described.
(b) Changing your Mind
Customers are not entitled to a refund simply because they have changed their mind, or made an incorrect selection, including wrong size, colour etc. In such cases Eponia will issue refunds on a discretionary basis. Postage and delivery costs are non- refundable for change of mind returns.
DO NOT send goods back to Eponia without first contacting us.
(c) Order Cancellations
Unless provided for under these Terms or as otherwise agreed by Eponia, no cancellations or changes to orders will be accepted, and the goods will be delivered to the delivery address in an order.
Eponia is committed to protecting the personal privacy of it’s customers. The Site is protected with SSL encryption technology. Personal data is collected for the processing of orders and where Customers have opted to join the mailing list. This information will not be disclosed to third parties unless required to by law.
The Site and its contents are subject to copyright. Unless otherwise indicated this copyright is owned by Eponia. Customers may download content from the Site or make hard copies for personal non- commercial use only.

(a) Third Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third party websites. Access to theses sites and/or use of that site’s products and services is solely at the Customer’s own risk. Eponia does not control, endorse, sponsor or approve any such websites or any content on them.
Links to the Site without prior permission are prohibited. If you wish to link to our Site please send an email with the URL you wish to link from and a brief description of the website.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
(a) Items in Transit
Eponia does not accept responsibility for delays in delivery or for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
(b) Loss or Damage
Accessing and use of the Site and reliance on the contents is done at the Customer’s own risk. Subject to applicable law Eponia shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind (including by negligence) arising from or relating to the content and/or use of the Site.
(c) No Warranties
To the extent permitted by law Eponia makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials or products included on the Site.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Eponia for any loss, costs, claims, liability or responsibility, which may arise against them or any third party as a result of their use of the Site or content.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia. Customers hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
